These adjustable slides make every step feel like a massage for your feet.
Recovery mode with these adissage 360 REC slides. Designed for post-workout comfort, they feature a soft compound, an adjustable strap, and 360 small domes on the footbed to help your foot recover after sport. The ribbed outsole provides grip and ease of movement, making them the perfect companion for your cooldown routine.
This is the third iteration of this slide. I have had all three. The "bumps" on this version are larger than the last. Size down at least one size as run large.

Super comfortable and effective
Great to wear post run. Really helped feet with massaging action.

Was a bit apprehensive initially about the bumps on the foot part but it's really comfortable and the colour is awesome. That you can adjust it makes a difference too and that part doesn't hurt the top of my foot like some others do.
