Purchased the Cloudfoam Pure 2.0 shoes in my usual size 7, and I could not wear them due to being too tight! The foot opening is small and there's no stretch since the laces are set in place and the tongue does not move either. The back of the shoe is tall and has a loop to help pull it on, but it was a battle getting my feet into each shoe! I was able to fit my foot inside after removing my thin no-show sock, but once I had it on there was another issue. There is a seam sewn goes across the top of the foot above where my arch is and it is soooo tight. It dug into my foot. Additionally the insole is not comfortable, it is not cushy enough for me to wear these all day. I thought about sizing up to a 7.5, however, this shoe is already long on me, almost 2" extra space in the toe box. Sadly, these are going to be returned. It is a well made shoe, but just not a good fit for my feet. These are ideal for narrow and long feet and those with low volume since there is no stretch. I was also drawn to the style, very minimalist and this version was all black so it would look great dressed up or down. If this was made in a wide width, I'd try that in a heartbeat!

These sneakers have unfortunately changed for the worse. I bought a pair of Cloudform several years ago, which I loved. In 2025 I bought 2 more pairs & cannot wear them because the opening is higher & virtually impossible to fit into, even though I have skinny, narrow feet. Unfortunately, I missed the return window. I truly wonder whether they are knockoffs because even the loop in the back to help pull them on is turned the wrong way. I bought them from Adidas directly. I’m reluctant to try again but did love the originals.
