This shoe was the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. Something in the construction of the heel caused a sharp edge to protrude, causing pain even while standing. Adidas’ return process stunningly DOES NOT GIVE AN OPTION for indicating that the customer has received a poor quality product. This results in the likely case of the poor quality returned shoes being passed on to the next customer, and so on.
