Bought these for comfort- far from a runner. 20 plus year beauty industry veteran, nearing 40y/o. I have realized, cute shoes and flip flops just aren’t doing my body any favors. I work 5-7 days a week, 6-11 hour days at the salon. My feet and ankles were crying with me every night.. These are great for comfort/support. And not slippery. Light as a feather and breathable. Would likely wear them for the gym as well, and get them in all black next. No real complaints, other than the material on the tongue makes it slide over when wearing over time and Could be more cushy - but not a deal breaker.

I highly recommend them, your feet and knees will thank you.
