The quality of the shoe is terrible. I must say the product would have been very good if there were no defects. I will narrow the issues down: 1. The glue used to attach the sole and the rubber part is quite visible and evident and this is unacceptable for a shoe of this cost (12kINR at the time of my purchase) not just in one spot/ place but many areas. Looks like they have given me a quality reject product 2. While wearing the shoe, I slowly started to feel an impression on my leg (smallest toe) and later I observed it is also a defect. There is a hanging like thing which needs to be cut off while manufacturing but was not done hence hurting my leg. I called the customer service team to get this product replaced for the same size and they declined claiming it is not their "policy" to exchange for the same size. I don't understand the logic and this is terrible. Overall extremely disappointed with Adidas India and I will not buy anymore from here.
