Signature shoes that look ahead while never forgetting the past.

South Korean sneaker scene maker and shaker KASINA has chosen to dedicate each Consortium entry to a new chapter in the expressive seasonality of its own Seoul. It begins with its most majestic season informing its interpretation of the OG Samba: Spring. The design interestingly shies away from a spring in full bloom in favor of the more nuanced, transitional beginnings of the season. The traditionally white upper is infused with a warm off-white spring glow and two indigenous flowers are honoured in this design: both the official forsythia or gaenari (개나리) flower of Seoul in yellow accents, and the cherry blossom in the debossed graphic on the heel – a symbol of new beginnings in this first of a four seasons pack.
