Exchange process is awful. Buy in store.
I’ve never met a CS team that literally couldn’t do anything. I’ve been trying to get shoes for a month now and the website is awful. I got three pairs including a return from HOKA within a week it’s been a month and a half and I can’t even get one from adidas but now my money is held hostage until I get this exchange.
