WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED?

Due to the overwhelming support from our recent campaign and current restricted movements order, please expect a delay in shipping your order. However, rest assured that we will try our best to process your order as soon as possible once the government provides clearance to normalise operations again.


We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees and partners and are taking these preventive measures to help support the fight against the spread of COVID-19.

ARE THERE CHANGES TO YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

Due to the current situation, which is causing your orders to be delayed, we are providing free delivery for all orders.

Is it still possible to pick up/return my order from a collection point?

Unfortunately, we have temporarily closed all the store operation for the safety of everyone, hence please provide home delivery address for your order or return your order via Postal Services. We will resume store operation once situation improves.

Will return period be extended?

Absolutely! We are extending the return period, as we totally understand the situation and prioritized our consumer’s health as well.


  • Orders received in March – 90 days returns (return by 30 June 2020)
  • Orders received in April – 60 days returns (return by 30 June 2020)
  • Orders received in May & June – return by 31 July 2020

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE REFUND FOR MY CANCELLED/RETURNED ORDER?

For orders that were placed successfully with credit card but were cancelled, refund will be processed back to your bank as soon as we cancelled your order, hence please check with your bank if you have not received your refund.


For orders that requested to return for refund, refund can only be processed when:

  1. We received your returned item and inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy
  2. We received your bank details with correct bank information (COD orders)
